In our June 14, 2015 copyrighted article entitled "How To Poke the IRS in the Eye and Win" we described the story of a man who did just that. This man has been fighting the IRS for over 17 years and has successfully held them at bay in most of his battles with them. He has asserted that he is not a taxpayer and does not file Income Tax Returns. The IRS has left him alone on that issue for 17 years. But they tried to get him on another issue and took him to federal court. He beat the IRS and the DOJ by filing an "Affidavit of Truth" with the court and stopped them cold with the argument of "jurisdiction."
