Force Government To Prove the Law

GOVERNMENT NOTICE,
REQUEST, OR DEMAND

If you have received a written or verbal notice from government, at any level, don't immediately capitulate. STOP! Answer them within 3 business days with a written challenge to their law, regulation, or ordinance by forcing them to prove their law, regulation, or ordinance by providing you with the governing statute. Without the statute, the law, regulation, or ordinance is unenforceable pursuant to United States v. Mersky 361 U. S. 431, 438 (1960). But you won't know that unless you challenge them.

GOVERNMENT MAKES MISTAKES
ALL THE TIME

You will find that government cites so-called laws, regulations and ordinances when they contact you. We have found on many occasions that the law they cite in some notice to you is not the correct law, or the law they cite is not backed up by a governing statute, which by law it must be. If you challenge them, they could very likely back up and dismiss or void the notice they sent you. The fact, is government makes mistakes all the time and they rely on your ignorance not to catch them at it. If you are ignorant, they own you. Not only that, in many cases government acts as if they have a legal right to act when in fact no such legal right exists. In such case, they are acting illegally under the "Color-of-Law." It is a federal crime for a government agent at any level, to act under the "Color-of-Law." See our "Color-of-Law information webpage HERE.

GOVERNMENT AGENT TRESPASSER

If you see a government agent trespassing on your land, immediately confront them with a written letter/notice challenging their authority to be on your land. Ask them to leave your property immediately unless they can prove and can show you that they have the authority to be there. If they insist on staying on your land without proof of that authority, tell them if they don't leave immediately, you will swear out a formal complaint with the sheriff or police department, charging them with criminal trespass. Don't be shy, be aggressive. If you fear them, they will own you.
