"PROJECT ROLL BACK"

America, in the last 240 plus years, has managed to ensnare itself in millions of laws, many of them blatantly unconstitutional, thereby making millions of Americans unknowing law breakers. "Project Roll Back" is a legal plan to "roll back" huge numbers of Democrat-sponsored and passed unconstitutional law, by filing a flood of lawsuits in the lower court systems, all the way up to the U. S. Supreme Court, if necessary. It would require raising huge sums of money on a national basis from conservatives to pay the legal costs of such challenges. At first, only the most egregious unconstitutional laws would be challenged. As more wins and legal precedents were set, lawsuits against lesser unconstitutional laws would proceed. Environmental organizations have been doing this for years and getting filthy rich, not to mention strengthing highly restrictive environmental law, many of which are unconstitutional.

The necessary funding would not be as impossible as it may seem. A national promotion would be launched to convince American conservatives that the only way to save freedom in America is to expunge or "roll back" unconstitutional law. Over 63,000,000 conservatives voted for Donald Trump for President. If just a small fraction (say 1,000,000) of that 63,000,000 were to pledge $10.00 per month to the "Project Roll Back Fund", tens of millions of dollars could be raised each year.

One or more nationally known, competent, successful and acredited law firms would be employed to file the lawsuits.
