"LIST OF CONSTITUTIONAL DEMANDS"
To Government

Freedom Isn't Free=

FROM THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

TO THE U. S. CONSTITUTION.

A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

LIST OF CONSTITUTIONAL DEMANDS
(To apply to states or the federal government where applicable)

If these demands are not met by government within a reasonable period of time, then the only viable alternative left to free Americans is the solution provided in the Declaration of Independence and the Second Amendment ..... the final solution.

A. LEGISLATION AND LAWS:

There are way too many laws being passed every year. We demand that all state and federal legislatures immediately cease passing any new laws for the next five (5) years, except those emergency measures that prevent loss of human life, limb and property. Environmental laws do not constitute dangers to human life, limb and property.

We further demand that all legislatures, state and federal, immediately start a legal review process of all laws passed over the last 50 years and

1. Repeal any and all laws that are blatantly unconstitutional.

2. Re-draft all laws deemed vital to the necessary functions of government and remove any conflicts with any other law or laws.

B. VOTING:

Voting is a right of every legal American citizen and its accuracy and integrity must be preserved. However, current voting laws in most states endanger that accuracy and integrity. We demand all state governments to implement the following:

1. Convert all ballots to paper to be read by the standard tamper-proof reading machines.

2. Cease all balloting by electronic machines. They are too easily manipulated.

3. All voter registration must occur at least 30 days or more prior to election day to give time to vet the citizenship and residence of the registrant.

4. Every voter must present legal American identification at the polls before being allowed to vote, matched against voter registration.

5. Early voting must be limited to no more than five (5) calendar days prior to election day.

C. IMMIGRATION:

Illegal immigration is destroying the American culture and costing legal Americans billions of dollars every year. It must be stopped. Law has no meaning and becomes unenforceable when a segment of human society can violate the law and then profit from that violation. We demand the federal government to:

1. Close the borders with a wall, electronic and aerial surveillance and sufficient border patrol personnel to interdict all illegal immigration, human trafficking and drugs.

2. Remove federal funding from all sanctuary cities and start prosecuting city, county and state politicians, community leaders and bureaucrats who violate national immigration law.

3. Slowly start deporting all illegal aliens and all those foreign nationals with expired Visas.

5. Cease all immigration from Islamic countries. We've done it before. Monitor all Islamic enclaves in America for signs of Islamic radicalization.

6. Cease all government assistance programs (taxpayer money) to anyone that cannot provide proof of American citizenship.

D. ENVIRONMENTAL:

National and international, radical environmentalism has done more to destroy the rights of American citizens than almost any other policy of government. The environment has a greater priority over property than does the U. S. Constitution. Its rampant growth must be stopped in its tracks and sooner rather than later. We demand that state and federal governments to:

1. Cease all new environmental laws now.

2. Repeal all existing environmental law that violates the property rights of landowners under the 5th Amendment.

3. Pay all landowners from taxes for the loss of use of their property due to environmental law.

4. Repeal all laws that are based on the flawed science of man-caused global warming.

5. Stop the insanity of endangered species, including salmon habit restoration and quit trying to inject wolves and grizzly bears into wilderness where no wolves or grizzly bears exist. These predators kill people, domestic animals and livestock. The cost of this nonsense has gone through the roof. Expand fish hatcheries to increase the salmon population as a viable food source.

6. Quit trying to placate Indian tribes who are trying to force Americans to pay for their ancient, native, centuries-old cultures. When is the American Indian going to join civilization once and for all?

7. Remove all United Nations Agenda 21 policies from American law. Agenda 21 is not a treaty. It has not been debated and ratified by the U. S. Congress and yet it has been adopted into American law by fiat.

E. ENERGY:

The fraud that is man-caused global warming has led to another fraud, alternative energy. Alternative energy, wind and solar, provide less than 2% of the total energy requirements in America. It is a pipe dream, or is it insane, to believe that wind and solar will ever replace hydro-carbon energy in a generation, or even a century. To restrict hydro-carbon energy, based on flawed climate science, is tantamount to taking the oxygen out of the air we breath. New energy technology will soon deliver much more efficient energy sources than alternative energy ever will. It is prudent to wait for that technology to be developed, rather than wasting billions on an in-efficient energy source that will never provide the power needs of a developing world.

We demand that government, at every level, stop the climate change non-sense and cease subsidizing wind and solar energy sources. If they can't stand on their own and produce a profit, they should be scrapped ..... along with making ethanol from corn.

F. REGULATIONS:

Government has gone virtually berserk in passing regulation after regulation on every human activity. The passage of these regulations is usually driven by special interests and the American citizen has no voice in the debate. Most new laws come from state and federal bureaucracies. Most citizens are not aware of the laws that exist, or the new laws just passed, that is until they are caught in a violation. Each regulation adds more to the cost of doing business and increases the price of every product. It discourages new business starts. It strangles competition and free markets. Yes, some regulations are necessary, but where does it end? At the current rate of new regulation law, state and federal, soon every American will be wrapped in a giant spider web's cocoon, unable to move until consumed by the spider.

We demand that all proposed regulations be immediately scrapped and all old regulations be reviewed for their constitutionality and subjected to a cost-benefit analysis. If the regulations or rules are unconstitutional, or don't meet a cost-benefit analysis, they are to be repealed. (See Item A above, LEGISLATION AND LAWS.)

G. FEDERAL BUREAUCRACIES:

Federal bureaucracies have grown exponentially since World War II. The U. S. Congress has abdicated its responsibilities under Article 1, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution to hold these bureaucracies accountable and rein them in, or cut off their budgets. The explosion of "rules" coming out of federal bureaucracies is unprecedented and growing by the hour. Many of these bureaucracies are nothing but money sponges that suck up billions of taxpayer dollars every year with the only result being less freedom for everyone.

We demand the federal government dissolve or radically scale down the following federal bureaucracies as prescribed below.

1. Environmental Protection Agency along with the Endangered Species Act

2. Department of Education that advances raw socialism

3. Department of Energy, that produces no benefits and engages in crony capitalism

4. Health and Human Services, designed to advance more socialism

5. The Department of Agriculture should be scaled way back.

6. The Department of Interior should also be reduced in size and scope.

H. WELFARE AND PUBLIC ASSISTANCE:

Today, 86,000,000 Americans are paying for well over 100,000,000 Americans who are producing nothing and living off the fruits and labor of the 86,000,000. That imbalance will not last forever. Eventually, as Margaret Thatcher once said, "this socialism idea only lasts until it runs out of other people's money."

Welfare and public assistance must come with strings attached. We demand that a recipient must be actively looking for a job or getting training for a different job. A free welfare and public assistance system just encourages more recipients to live for nothing off the taxpayer. We demand that overlapping welfare programs be merged. We demand that welfare, public assistance and unemployment benefit programs be phased out slowly, over 10 years to get people truly off of welfare. Without a date certain of a phase out, welfare will only continue to grow, as it is now. We demand that state and the federal government start undoing the regulation nightmare so that more jobs will be created in America, not offshore. A person working has personal pride. A person on welfare has low self-esteem and eventually loses any ambition to improve him or herself and becomes a drag on society.

I. PUBLIC EDUCATION and COLLEGES:

Every year more young people are pumped out of the public schools system and colleges who know nothing about how America became a free nation, the vital importance of our founding documents and the price paid to preserve, defend and protect that freedom. Instead they enter the working world with collectivism, socialism, multi-culturalism, radical environmentalism, political correctness and the one-world-order shoved down their throats, in a never-ending stream of Progressive propaganda. They learn that compliance to authority and government dependency are good, and self-reliance, individual responsibility and a strong work ethic are old school and out of date.

Unless education becomes the vanguard of unbiased, objective truth, the mindset of a once-free America will be erased from the collective mindset. After over 100 years of institutionalized Progressivism, we now have several generations of Americans that have no concept of freedom and liberty.

Unless this socialist propaganda and bias is removed from the classroom America has no chance to survive as a free nation and America will eventually be merged into a socialist, one-world government.

We demand that laws in every state be revised and textbooks be re-written to remove the Progressive propaganda and bias in their content.

J. TAXES:

Americans and corporations are seriously over-taxed to pay for an expanding welfare system, social justice and radical environmentalism. Each state and the federal government continue to raise taxes on everything to feed this insatiable beast.

As the welfare system, regulations and radical environmental laws are phased out, (see Items A, C, D, E, F, G and H above) the need for more government taxes will decrease. With less regulation and more available capital, jobs will increase.

We demand state governments immediately cease raising any new taxes and review all old taxes for constitutionality. We demand the federal government to repeal Title 26 USC, Internal Revenue Code that makes slaves out of every American and replace it with the constitutional tariffs, duties, imposts and excises taxes, pursuant to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the U. S. Constitution. We demand the phase out of the Federal Reserve to be replaced by a constitutional substitute.

K. U. S. MILITARY:

A strong military detours other countries from making the deadly mistake of attacking America.

We demand that the federal government beef up all branches of the U. S. Military, in troop strengths, naval vessels and military hardware that is, in the opinion of the generals, necessary to fight two wars on two separate fronts at one time. We demand the U. S. Congress to fund the necessary build up and oversee and root out waste, fraud, abuse and corruption in the military industrial complex.
