If you have received a
Notice of Code Violation,

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.

NARLO's 30-Day Letter

The first thing to do when you receive a Notice of Code Violation is to answer them immediately with our 30-Day Letter to give you time for a more detailed response. The Code Violation Notices usually only give the recipient 15 days to respond. You are demanding 30 days to respond by your letter. Use the "BUY NOW" button below to get your copy. We will immediately mail you a copy you can use as an example for your individual situation.

Verification of Government's Legal Authority Letter

The second thing to do after sending the 30-Day Letter, is to challenge government's legal authority. Make sure the government receives the Legal Authority Letter within the 30 days. When they do receive your Legal Authority Letter, it will take them a considerable amount of time to respond, as the letter requires a legal response under penalty of perjury. Use the "BUY NOW" button below to get your copy and instructions on how to use it. We will immediately mail you a copy you can use as an example for your individual situation.

CAUTION: Both of these letters should be mailed CERTIFIED - RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. This will give you notice that they have received your letters. If you don't send the letters CERTIFIED, they can easily lie (government lies all the time) and say they never received your letters. Then you are in a pickle.

Using these letters is strictly voluntary. You can use them or not, at your discretion.

Nevertheless, these two letters will let the government know you are not a push over and will challenge them. This could slow them down and maybe even stop them.
